RettMegler Study Abroad Scholarship

Award: $1,000

As a leading real estate platform in Europe (based in Oslo, Norway) with American founder roots, we understand the value of exploring new opportunities and perspectives. With this scholarship, we aim to support American students who are broadening their horizons by studying abroad in Europe.

The Rettmegler Study Abroad Scholarship is designed to ease the financial burden of international education and encourage personal and academic growth. The next deadline to apply is March 15, 2025, with the winner announced on April 1, 2025.

Eligibility Requirements‍

To apply, students must meet the following criteria:

  1. Open to current high school seniors, undergraduate students, or graduate students
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident
  3. Must be planning to study abroad at a recognized higher education institution in Europe

To apply, submit your application along with a brief essay answering the following questions:

  1. Why have you chosen Europe as your study abroad destination?Describe what attracts you to the educational or cultural opportunities in Europe, and share your personal or academic goals for this experience.
  2. How do you plan to make a positive impact in your host community?
